Firstly, rigorous cleaning procedures are in place. High-touch areas such as vehicle steering wheel, door handles, and customers touch-point will be disinfected upon arriving at the dealerships for both customers and staff.
Secondly, we have taken steps to reduce staff throughout the dealerships, and have provided tools, such as laptops, to allow staff to work from home. Social Distancing is an extremely important part of our strategy. We have also removed all newspapers and magazines in customer areas to prevent any cross-contamination and to promote social distancing.
We are also continuing to monitor information from provincial health authorities for their guidance and recommendations and how we can help to prevent the spread of the virus.
Dueck is committed to serve the Vancouver and Richmond communities during this time – our transportation system is vital to keeping us all healthy and connected to each other.
If you need assistance, we are still here to accommodate you as effectively as possible while maintaining safety. We can offer vehicle pick-up and delivery, and a “No Contact Service Experience” which includes:
- Use of Key Drop box anytime of the day. Drop box is located outside the service doors.
- Our staff will communicate with you via phone or text.
- Your key will be sanitized and placed in a sealed bag for the duration and all touch-points in and around your vehicle will be sanitized.
Our sales department will take appointments by phone, email and the internet. Sale protocol is to stagger appointments throughout the day. We are available by phone, text messaging, Facebook messaging, and our websites.
